Platform for Patients and Providers: Our platform for patients connects to servers and systems operated and maintained by Composite Apps, Inc/ CuraPatient., and hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), and provides patients with secure, mobile access to health services and information in those servers and systems.
What is the purpose of the app?
CuraPatient is a mobile-first digital health platform to enable a patient’s medical “journey” from the hospital to the home and beyond. Our platform includes bidirectional integration with client systems and is accessible on any smart device, including a fully native iOS, Android, and responsive web app. This allows for a secure, frictionless, user-friendly experience for providers so they can focus on the individual’s needs and reduce burnout and compassion fatigue. CuraPatient, with its robust backend with 421 NIST controls and the required automation, enables health systems across to keep up with changing mandates, CDC recommendations, and other requirements while protecting the integrity of a patient’s data.
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app(s)?
When you register on our website and/or App(s), the following information is collected from you: Name, Email ID, Mailing Address (Location), Phone Number, Date of Birth, Camera Photos, Images, Files, Audio, Video and/or Other details.

We collect information from patients when they register on our site, fill out a form, use Live Chat, open a Support Ticket, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf our websites, and/or enter information on our website and/or app(s).

How do we protect patient information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
We only provide articles and information.
We never ask for credit card numbers unless a purchase is being made by a user.
We use regular Malware Scanning.
Personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information patients supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of their personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
