Privacy Policy
Effective October 25, 2026
CuraPatient, Inc. ("CuraPatient," "we," "us") operates the website at curapatient.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information the Site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Site only.
Customer and patient data is governed by contract, not by this policy
CuraPatient's CuraClaims platform processes claims and health information for its customers. It does so only under written agreements with those customers, including Business Associate Agreements where HIPAA applies. That processing is governed by those agreements and by applicable law, including HIPAA, not by this website policy.
No patient or client data appears on this Site. Examples, screenshots and use cases on the Site are illustrative and use placeholder or synthetic data.
What the Site collects
We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools on the Site, and the Site has no sign-up or contact forms. We may receive limited information in the following ways:
- Server and delivery logs. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use this information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site.
- Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google's handling of that information is described in Google's privacy policy.
- Email you send us. If you email us, for example at hello@curapatient.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to respond and to manage our business relationship with you.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate, maintain and secure the Site; to respond to inquiries; to comply with legal obligations; and to protect our rights and the rights of others. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business (such as hosting and email providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations; when required by law or legal process; or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@curapatient.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
Security
We protect the Site and our systems with administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
